Unique exhibition on Germany's oldest wine region - viticulture on the Moselle
For many people on the Moselle, viticulture was the only source of income to ensure their livelihood. At various stations we show you the harsh conditions under which the arduous work was done in the steep vineyards of the Moselle. Be it tillage in spring, spraying with heavy back sprayers made of copper or harvesting with large metal hottens.
You can also marvel at the processes of winemaking true to the original - from pressing the harvested grapes to the fermentation process in the vaulted cellar to filling in the self-rinsed wine bottle.
